Because every BCMC product is created specifically for your order, we don't accept returns or exchanges for buyer's remorse or sizing issues. We strongly recommend checking our size guide before ordering.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, we'll make it right. Contact us within 30 days of delivery with a photo of the issue and we'll send a replacement or issue a refund at no cost to you.
Wrong Item Received
If you received the wrong item, contact us right away and we'll get the correct one out to you fast.
